1.Audit and Assurance
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist to perform a variety of audit and assurance assignments for clients.
2. Assist in vouching and working paper preparations.
3. Perform administrative duties as directed.
4. Work and collaborate with people at varying experience levels.
Qualifications
1. Accounting qualifications, CPA, ACCA, etc.
2. Relevant bachelor’s degree.
3. Good time management, strong initiative and motivation.
4. Able to work in a team environment.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Ready to work long hours
2.Company Secretary
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting in the provision of company secretarial services.
2. Assisting in with corporate statutory compliance.
3. Assisting in preparing key corporate documentation/papers.
4. Assisting in the management of Board and committee meetings.
5. General support in the delivery of the Secretarial Services.
6. Ready to work long and old hours
Qualifications
1. CPS graduate.
2. Relevant bachelor’s degree.
3. Good communication skills both oral and written.
4. A Team Player.
5. Great attention to detail.
3.Accountant
Key Responsibilities
1. Bookkeeping
2. Assisting in preparation of financial statements.
3. Assisting in compliance with monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines.
4. Assisting in carrying out various reconciliations.
5. Processing client records accurately using various accounting software/applications.
6. Performing other relevant tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Accounting qualifications, CPA, ACCA, etc.
2. Relevant bachelor’s degree.
3. Good time management, strong initiative and motivation.
4. Able to work in a team environment.
5. Good interpersonal skills.

4.Tax Advisory & Compliance
Key responsibilities
1. Assist in preparation of Employment Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, CGT, etc
2. Assist in filing Monthly/quarterly and annual returns
3. Monitor various compliances to ensure deadlines are met.
4. Assist senior staff with tax related research and publications
5. Assist in preparation of tax reports
6. Assisting in handling tax investigation matters.
7. Performing other relevant tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Tax administration graduate,
2. Relevant bachelor’s degree.
3. Good time management, strong initiative and motivation.
4. Team player.
5. Good understanding of KRA institution.
6. Ready to work long hours
